Indigo Web Services is comprised of a small group of business expatriates. We toiled in business administration, customer relations, marketing, technical editing, and graphic design before we discovered the World Wide Web in 1994. Since that time we’ve worked diligently at our craft, and our customers benefit from our efforts.
Our philosophy in running our business is, simple sells. This is not some new line of thinking, but we put it into practice every day. We work in close collaboration with our clients to learn about their business, their customers, and the motivations driving each force toward one another. Our goal is to give our client’s customers what they want. If we can do this simply, we have accomplished our goal.
Quality is so important to us because we’re consumers, too, and we understand the frustrations caused by poor quality products or services. Whether in terms of design, search engine optimization, social networking, or web hosting, we work hard to ensure our customers get what they’re paying for: results.
Because we’re a relatively small shop, our turnaround time is quick, and that can mean a lot if your information needs updating in a hurry. Customer satisfaction follows all else if we have done our job well.
